Terms of service
Delivery 38 delivers food and drinks within Sayulita, Nayarit. Orders are prepared once payment is received. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with weather or demand.
Privacy policy
We store your name, phone, email and address only to process and deliver your orders. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
Refund policy
If something arrives wrong or missing, message us on WhatsApp the same day and we will replace or refund it. Orders already in preparation cannot be cancelled.
Alcohol policy
Alcohol is sold only to adults 18 and over. The driver may request valid ID and can refuse delivery if it is not presented.
